Download Timely Tech PC Remote Support

Step 2: Open the Download

Windows Instructions

1. Open your Downloads folder.
2. Double-click TimelyTechPC-RemoteSupport.msi.
3. If prompted, click Run or Yes.
4. The Timely Tech PC Remote Support tool will open automatically.
5. Provide the on-screen ID or access code to your technician.

If Windows displays a security warning, this is normal for remote support tools. Only continue if you are actively working with a Timely Tech PC technician.
